Key Combinations

⌨️ Cmd/Ctrl  + click reverses selected layers order
Shift+ click orders layers by selection

Scope Options

  • All Layers: orders every layer based on your criteria
  • Selected Layers: orders only the layers you've chosen

How to use

  1. Select the layers you want to order on the timeline first
  2. Run the "Order Layers" tool
  3. Choose the desired order option from the context menu
  4. You can order the layers based on their selection order, in/out points, names, or even at random
