Options:

- Enable: Turns the effect on or off
- Type: Determines the type of effect applied: "Blinker" or "Flicker"
- Speed: Controls how fast the blinking or flickering occurs
- Custom Value: Lets you set your own speed for the effect when Speed is set to "Custom"
- Transparency: When enabled, this adjusts how transparent the layer becomes at its minimum and maximum points
- Color: If enabled, the layer will alternate between Color A and Color B
- Exposure: When enabled, changes the layer's exposure between the minimum and maximum values

How to use
- Choose the layers you want to modify
- Activate the tool
- It will apply effects to your chosen layers
- Adjust these options as needed

💡 Locked layers and layers that already have the effect are skipped
💡 The effect needs the JavaScript expression engine. If the project uses the old engine, the tool offers to switch it
