Options

  • Find: the test and the value to look for. The operator is one of "=", "≠", ">", "≥", "<" or "≤"
  • All / X / Y / Z: the dropdown next to the Find value. "All" tests every value of a key. "X", "Y" or "Z" tests only that value of properties such as Position and Scale, and leaves single-value properties out
  • Then: what Replace does to each matching value. "Set to" replaces it with the new value, "Add" adds the value to it (use a minus value to subtract) and "Multiply" multiplies it by the value
  • Scope: where to look. "Selected Keys" checks only the keys you selected, "Selected Layers" checks every key on the selected layers and "All Layers" checks every key in the composition

Buttons

  • Select: selects the matching keys and changes nothing
  • Replace: changes the matching values

How to use

  1. Choose the Scope, and select the keys or layers it needs
  2. In Find, pick an operator and enter the value to look for
  3. To test only one dimension, change "All" to "X", "Y" or "Z"
  4. Click Select to see which keys match
  5. In Then, pick "Set to", "Add" or "Multiply" and enter the value
  6. Click Replace

Note

💡 The tool works on number values such as Position, Scale, Rotation and Opacity. Colors, paths and text are left out. "=" matches values within 0.001. Keys on locked layers and values outside a property's range are skipped. Results show at the bottom of the window
