Automates the rendering and linking process, allowing you to quickly toggle between high-res originals and lightweight proxies to speed up your viewport performance

Options

Proxies: The first tab lists the items that have a proxy, with the proxy file of each. Enable, Disable or Remove the proxies of the selected items.
Reveal in Project and Show File: Select the items in the Project Panel, or open the folder of each proxy file in Finder/Explorer.
Create: The second tab sets the Destination folder, the Render Settings and Output Module templates, the Type and the File name.
Type: Movie, or Still for one frame, for footage that does not move.
File name: "Comp Name", "Comp Name + Frame Range", "Comp Name + Dimensions", "Comp Name + Output Module Name" or "Project + Comp Name".

How to use

Select compositions or footage in the Project Panel and open the Create tab. Choose the destination and your render templates (e.g., "Draft", "ProRes Proxy") and click the Render button to auto-generate and link the files. Use the list on the Proxies tab to manage or toggle existing proxies.
