Each item keeps its own settings. Set them once, create in one click, or fall back to the native dialog whenever you want.

Smarter Natives

Nulls that parent to your selection properly. Cameras that come out already parented to a control null. Solids and adjustment layers that arrive with your effects already on them.

Shape Library

32 fully editable shapes, ready in one click. Use squircles, capsules, trapezoids, sunbursts, arcs, and elbows without drawing them from scratch.

Arrow Controls

Arrows have always been a pain in After Effects. These arrive rigged: reshape, trim and animate the whole thing from Effect Controls, or bend one along any path and let it follow live.

How to use

  1. Run the tool with a composition open
  2. Pick a tab from the list on the left
  3. For native items, hover a row and click the gear to set your defaults, then click the row to create
  4. For shapes, set your options, then click an icon
  5. Turn off Auto-close if you want to create several objects in a row

To get the most out of it, replace the native New Composition shortcut. Go to MoBar Settings → Shortcuts, assign ⌘/Ctrl + N to this tool, then press 1 to 7 to create any native item without leaving the keyboard.
