Summary
Most MoPack problems have a known cause. Below are the ones we see most often, along with how to report anything else.
Known issues

MoPack doesn't appear under Window > Extensions
The install didn't complete, or After Effects was open during it. Restart the app first. If MoPack still isn't listed, reinstall with the ZXP/UXP Installer, or use the manual method in Installation.
Register button is not working
In After Effects, MoPack needs script permissions to write to your project. Go to After Effects > Settings > Scripting & Expressions (Windows: Edit > Preferences > Scripting & Expressions) and tick "Allow Scripts to Write Files and Access Network", then restart After Effects.
“WebReq init failed” or “Missing C++ Runtime” error
These errors usually occur when you're using an outdated version of MoPack. Install the latest version of MoPack to resolve the issue and ensure you have the latest fixes and updates.
See Installation for instructions on downloading and installing the latest version.
Text shows the wrong font
The font used by that element isn't installed yet. See Installing Fonts.
My purchase code isn't accepted
Make sure you're pasting the purchase code from the license certificate, not your Envato username or order number. If you've already signed in on two computers, sign out on one of them first. See Activation.
MoPack is slow or the panel is blank
Close and reopen the panel from Window > Extensions > MoPack. If it stays blank, restart the app.
Does MoPack work on modified Adobe installs?
MoPack is built and tested on licensed Creative Cloud versions of After Effects and Premiere Pro. We can't help with problems on modified builds.

Report an issue
Screenshots or a short screen recording help us understand the problem much faster than a description alone. Include your After Effects or Premiere Pro version and your operating system.
