Get ZXP Installer: Download and install the ZXP installer

Unzip MoBar: Extract the MoBar ZIP file

Install MoBar: Drop MoBar.zxp into ZXP Installer or open it via File menu

Restart After Effects: Relaunch After Effects and you're all set

Open MoBar: Go to Window → Extensions → MoBar
